Looking for energetic and experienced Bakery Team Leader

Caraluzzi's Markets is looking for experienced bakery leaders to join its growing team. We strive to provide a great working environment for our associates and to exceed our customers shopping experience on a daily basis. Our bakeries our built upon offering fresh breads, cakes, and baked goods on a daily basis and providing decadent desserts for everyday or that special occasion.

Required:

• Experience working in a retail and/or supermarket environment
• Friendly and Positive Attitude
• Proven ability to train and manage a full staff of bakers.   
• Ability to follow program and direct staff to achieve goals

Job Entails

• Managing, scheduling and training staff
• Ordering and replenishment of supplies and products
• Merchandising
• Cake decorating
• Baking
• Superior customer service
• Other duties as required
