Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery production or food manufacturing management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
