More than a Management Position

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a bakery—we're looking for someone to help build the future of Diamond Bakery.


We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Bakery Operations Manager who wants more than just another management position. We’re searching for someone who wants to help build a business, make an impact, and grow into a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do

·      Lead the day-to-day operations of our retail and wholesale bakery.


·       Hire, train, coach, and motivate a positive, high-performing team.


·       Lead by example by working alongside employees in both production and customer service.


·       Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, quality, and food safety.


·       Oversee production planning, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and workflow.


·       Strengthen existing wholesale relationships while helping grow new business.


·       Improve efficiency, labor management, and overall profitability.


·       Partner with ownership on marketing, new products, catering, and business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader—not simply an experienced baker.


Experience managing a food-related operation is preferred. Candidates from bakery, restaurant, catering, hospitality, grocery, food manufacturing, or similar environments are encouraged to apply.


Bakery experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach our products and processes. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, sound operational judgment, and an ownership mindset.

Compensation & Growth

This position offers:


·         Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000


·         Monthly performance bonuses

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 management position.
