The Bakery Manager-In-Training is a dynamic role designed to cultivate future bakery leaders. This position focuses on developing a comprehensive understanding of bakery operations, encompassing retail operations, inventory control, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in customer service, retail sales, and a commitment to ethical standards and conduct. This role will provide hands-on experience in all aspects of bakery management, including merchandising, loss prevention, and problem-solving, while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. This position requires candidates to be able to travel to other stores for training. This is a Full Time, Hourly position offering an excellent benefits package. Must will open to any shifts including holidays and weekends.
All training while in this role is to prepare you to run a bakery department of your own. While in this role, you will be asked to assist the Bakery Manager you are training with to oversee and learn to complete all tasks listed and others that may be asked of you to complete.
