- Label, stock, inventory merchandise, and report discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Maintain product knowledge, assist customers, and promote a welcoming environment.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, safety procedures, and participate in preventive maintenance.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and support diverse customer needs.
Minimum qualifications include customer service skills, effective communication, basic math knowledge, and the ability to obtain a food handler's permit. Previous experience in bakery, deli, or retail is helpful. Must perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
