These roles involve providing exceptional customer service, operating the point of sale system, preparing beverages, and contributing to a vibrant, team‑oriented environment. Candidates should be detail oriented, committed to exceeding customer expectations, and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends.Responsibilities Deliver service beyond the customer's expectation while showing sensitivity to individual needs.Create memorable interactions and commit to making each guest's experience the best.Collaborate with management and teammates to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere.Perform job‑specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks.Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and fully comply with company policies and guidelines.Cross‑train in each department: Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.Maintain a fun and hardworking attitude while performing all tasks.Qualifications High School diploma or higher.Fast food or retail experience preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Acceptable verbal English communication skills.Excellent work ethic and teamwork orientation.Enforcement of Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification.Minimum 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.Must be at least 17 years of age to apply.Physical Demands Work requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The position involves near continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
