Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends depending on production workload - will be discussed in interview

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 6+ months of experience of previous baking, food production, or commercial kitchen experience
• Ability to work in a continuously hot environment
• Must be reliable and able to consistently arrive early for scheduled shifts
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and time management
• Team-player attitude with willingness to assist others as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake artisan products according to recipes and production standards
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production
• Maintain a steady workflow to ensure products are completed in a timely manner
• Assist with packaging preparation and production support as needed
• Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility
• Support other departments and teammates when needed
