World s End Coffee Co. is a design-forward, coffee-driven caf with a serious commitment to quality, craft, and hospitality. Our Lewisburg location operates year-round with a commercial kitchen, producing small-batch baked goods, house-made syrups, and a focused menu of breakfast, lunch, and light evening offerings.

We re looking for a Baker / Kitchen Lead to drive our food program someone who thrives in a hands-on role and is excited to shape and elevate what we make every day.


THE ROLE

This is not a plug-and-play kitchen job. You ll be leading daily production while helping define the direction of our baked goods and prepared foods program.

You will:

  • Lead daily production of small-batch, scratch-made pastries and baked goods

  • Prepare and batch house-made syrups and specialty components used across our menu

  • Execute and maintain par levels for a tight, high-quality breakfast and lunch menu

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen aligned with best practices

  • Support dishwashing and overall kitchen flow as needed (we re a small, team-first operation)

  • Serve as a cross-trained barista backup when needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work a full-time schedule (~40 hours/week), including early mornings and some weekends

  • Ability to lift and move kitchen equipment and supplies as needed

  • ServSafe Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
