Part Time | 1:30pm - 5:30pm | 12 - 16 hours per week
Pay: $13.50 - $15.30/hr (Based on Experience)

Requirements for a Baker:
- Requires applicant to be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 10th grade education.
- Knowledge of baking.
- Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain upon hire.
What You'll Do as a Baker:
- Prepares and portions food such as salads, desserts and vegetables in accordance with production sheets, standardized recipes, portion control and time schedules.
- Serves meals in Main Kitchen.
- Assists in the dish room.
- Puts stock away using FIFO (First in First out).
- Maintains high standards of sanitation and completes daily and special cleaning tasks as outlined on the sanitation checklist.
- Meets with the Dietary Manager to review daily menus and special functions to ensure proper portion control and that special diet needs are being met.
- Bakes general baking goods.
- Attends in-service training sessions.
