Operate and monitor automated and manual bagging equipment
Package finished products according to quality and safety standards
Inspect bags for correct weight, seals, and labeling
Load bags, liners, and labels into equipment
Identify and report equipment or quality issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with the team to meet daily production goals
What You Will Need
High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
Forklift experience required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sit-down forklift experience and be able to perform packaging duties as assigned. A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required. EOE
