Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.09/hour

Position Summary
The Badge Coordinator is responsible for supporting site badging operations, access control administration, and cardholder management. This position serves as a primary point of contact for badge-related requests and ensures employees, contractors, interns, and visitors receive timely and accurate badge services while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Badge Administration
Create, issue, activate, and replace employee, contractor, and intern badges.
Process requests for lost, stolen, damaged, or expired badges.
Maintain badge inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
Verify required documentation and authorization prior to badge issuance.

Access Control Support
Assist with cardholder management and access control system updates.
Process badge-related access requests in accordance with company policies.
Support badge deactivations for employee terminations and separations.
Complete and maintain daily termination and access review reports.

Customer Service & Communications
Respond promptly to badge-related tickets, requests, and escalations.
Provide professional support through email, phone, and walk-in interactions.
Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding badge and access procedures.
Communicate effectively with Human Resources, Security, Facilities, and business partners regarding badge requests and issues.

Administrative Support
Prepare shipping documentation for badges, supplies, and related materials.
Maintain accurate records of badge issuance, replacements, and returns.
Generate reports and track badge activity as required.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting and departmental needs.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, security operations, or facilities management preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
