We are hiring Bussers for our new restaurant opening in Pasadena this month. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and able to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the service team and helps ensure a clean, efficient, and positive guest experience.
About The Daily Catch
Founded in 1973 in Boston’s North End, The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian seafood and pasta institution known for authentic East Coast flavors and craftsmanship. With three Boston restaurants and a seafood wholesale business, we’re proud to bring our heritage to the West Coast with our first California location - opening in Pasadena in Spring 2026.
We will be serving fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with our classic Sicilian recipes, that have satisfied seafood lovers for over 50 years!
Responsibilities
· Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
· Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and supporting guest needs during service
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
· Refill and restock service areas (glassware, utensils, napkins) throughout the shift
· Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service
Qualifications
· 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
· Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
· Strong teamwork mindset with good communication skills
· Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
