Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent quality, preparation, and presentation of Great Food by strictly adhering to Goldfingers recipes and cooking procedures
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and highly organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Demonstrate a positive, hardworking approach consistent with the Good Friends philosophy
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant, guided by God First
• Prep, cook, and assemble orders efficiently to meet speed-of-service goals without sacrificing quality
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly, in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with Front of House (FOH) and kitchen Team Members to ensure seamless order accuracy
• Adhere to Goldfingers rules, safety protocols, and dress code at all times
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, prep stations)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Passion for culinary excellence and food quality
• Detail-oriented, especially regarding cleanliness and food presentation
• Able to multi-task under pressure during peak restaurant hours
• Works well independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time and safely work around hot kitchen equipment
