Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain food safety standards
• Upholding the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, rules, and dress code at all times
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly & efficiently, by Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Be knowledgeable of the menu and keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay current on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Be willing and able to work at all Chick-fil-A Buena Park locations at the discretion of the Company
