As a Kitchen Shift Leader, you will own the kitchen during your shift—leading people,
driving execution, and ensuring every plate meets our standard.
What You Will Own:
- Throughput & Speed: Execute at a high level during peak volume
- Food Quality & Safety: Ensure every item meets standards
- Team Leadership: Lead from the line, coaching in real time
- Shift Execution: Set positions and adjust as needed
- Culture & Accountability: Set tone for discipline and teamwork
Qualifications and Requirements:
