Akkodis is seeking a BA PMO Salesforce for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and PMO expertise with hands-on experience in Salesforce and data-driven insights to manage processes, improve efficiency, and ensure successful program execution.
Rate Range: $57/Hour to $60/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
BA PMO Salesforce Job Responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain PMO standards, governance frameworks, and tools across Salesforce programs and projects.
Manage cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and driving successful execution.
Analyze project data and create reports/dashboard insights to support decision-making and performance visibility.
Facilitate process improvements, maintain process repositories, and ensure continuous efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and drive alignment across teams.
Leverage data and tools (Tableau, Excel, Salesforce) to perform root cause analysis and deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in PMO, business analysis, or Salesforce program support roles.
Strong experience in PMO governance, project/program management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and data analysis/reporting tools (Excel, Tableau).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce environments and ability to drive process improvements, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.

Pay Details: $57.00 to $60.00 per hour
