WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
  • Connect with key decision makers to schedule appointments and present our supplemental benefits plans to employees in an enrollment-style setting, including 1:1 follow up presentations.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and develop a reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Transition your business into a referral-driven, repeat-client model as your client base grows.
  • Manage your prospecting and follow-ups with our proprietary CRM, designed to simplify your workflow and maximize efficiency.
