About the Role

We are seeking a driven and well-connected Sales Representative to expand our portfolio of multi-site facility management clients across the U.S. This role is ideal for a sales professional with an existing book of business and strong relationships within commercial real estate, retail, or facility management sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for facility management services

  • Leverage your existing book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, and corporate clients

  • Present and promote our full range of services (maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, handyman, and integrated facility solutions)

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, property management, or related industries

  • Existing book of business is REQUIRED (active client relationships that can be converted into opportunities)

  • Strong network within retail, commercial real estate, or multi-site operations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven


Compensation Structure

We offer flexible compensation options based on experience and performance:

  • High Commission-Based Structure (for candidates with a strong book of business)

  • Base Salary + Commission (for candidates seeking stability with growth incentives)
