We’re hiring a B2B Inside Sales Representative to turn inbound demand and targeted outbound into long-term commercial accounts.


This is not a “wait for the phone to ring” role. This is for someone who likes working on a pipeline, following up, customer-facing interactions, and closing business daily.

What you will do


  • Respond quickly to inbound calls, walk‑ins, and online leads.
  • Prospect owner‑operators, small fleets, and local commercial accounts by phone.
  • Follow up on open quotes and past customers until they buy or die.
  • Set and confirm appointments with business and fleet contacts.
  • Prepare quotes for commercial tires and related services and close the sale while protecting gross profit.
  • Enter notes, next steps, and follow‑ups in the CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and store leadership to ensure customers get exactly what was promised.
  • Build long-term relationships so accounts keep buying from GTT, not the guy down the street.

  • You hit or exceed your monthly sales and gross profit targets.
  • You respond to new leads quickly and follow up daily without being chased.
  • Your CRM is always up to date.
  • Customers trust you, ask for you by name, and come back.

Requirements & schedule


  • B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Commercial tire, automotive, trucking, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required if you’re coachable.
  • Comfortable with customer facing interactions, using a phone, computer, and CRM.
  • Strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and professional appearance.
  • Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Saturday with a rotating schedule based on store needs (some Saturdays required).
