Well-established and growing recreational vehicle dealership has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to recruit an experienced Service Technician to join their team. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues on a variety of recreational vehicles and equipment
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and component replacements according to manufacturer standards
• Accurately document inspections, repairs, and completed work orders
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure timely completion of customer repairs
• Participate in ongoing technical training and maintain required certifications
• Assist with mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Monitor shop inventory and notify management when supplies or equipment require replenishment
• Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service
• 3+ Years previous experience diagnosing and repairing motorsports, recreational vehicles, marine equipment, powersports equipment, or similar mechanical systems preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train, coach, and support entry-level technicians
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the job
