Pay & Compensation

• Base pay: $39/hr flat-rate
• Up to $48.25/hr with ASE certifications
• Retroactive production bonus: $1.85 – $5.00/hr
• Competitive earning potential based on productivity

Responsibilities

• Perform removal & replacement (R&R) repairs efficiently
• Complete maintenance and repair services
• Maintain 30–35 flagged hours per week
• Assist with diagnostics as needed
• Collaborate with your team in a supportive environment
