What You’ll Be Doing

This role is focused on production mechanical work, including:

  • Brakes, suspension, alignments
  • Tires, fluids, hoses, belts
  • A/C service and general mechanical repairs
  • Standard maintenance and parts replacement

No heavy diagnostic load. No engine tear-down projects. This is about staying efficient and keeping flag hours moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong mechanical repair skill set (brakes, suspension, A/C, etc.)
  • Experience in a real shop environment (not quick lube or limited scope work)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be insurable for test drives

Nice to have:

  • ASE certifications (1–8)
  • NC State Inspection License

Important requirements:

  • No DUIs/DWIs in the last 10 years
