B-Level Automotive & Recon Technician

Grote Mitsubishi / Grote Automotive Service Center is hiring a productive B-Level Automotive Technician / Recon Technician in Fort Wayne.

This role is built around multi-make recon and customer-pay work, not Mitsubishi-only repairs. If you can inspect vehicles, complete approved repairs, and keep work moving, this may be a strong fit.

Pay:

$18-$40 flat rate based on experience, skill level, and production ability, plus a tool incentive program based on flagged hours.

• Perform used-vehicle inspections
• Complete approved recon repairs
• Handle brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, leaks, drivability basics, and general repair
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Communicate needed repairs clearly
• Help keep recon and customer-pay work moving

• Automotive repair experience
• Own tools required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work on most makes and models
• Good inspection habits
• Reliable work pace and quality
• ASE certifications helpful but not required
