Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled AWS Security Designer / Sr. Engineer to join our team for a 6-month onsite project in Raleigh, NC. This role involves integrating IAM policies, configuring AWS security services, and automating compliance evidence collection. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS security and cloud computing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience with AWS security services, IAM, and encryption.
Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001.
Proficiency in Terraform for security automation.
Conducting security reviews and implementing remediation strategies.
Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with AWS Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Macie.
Strong understanding of SCPs and security controls across accounts.
Ability to automate evidence collection processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Integrate IAM policies, SCPs, and security controls across accounts.
Configure and manage AWS security services.
Automate evidence collection for compliance frameworks.
Conduct security reviews and implement necessary remediation.
