Length: 7-8 months +

Interview Process: 2 steps
Start: 2 weeks from offer

Role: AWS Resiliency Architect (SRE Focus)
Core Requirement: Must have architected Multi-Region Failover for ECS/Lambda stacks.

Requirements:
  1. Python Engineering: Must be able to write custom Python logic for AWS Bedrock Agentic workflows and infrastructure automation. (No "Scripting-only " candidates).
  2. Resiliency Mandate: Proven experience hitting 99.99% uptime. Candidates must be able to explain their specific RTO/RPO targets and how they handled state in a regional failover.
  3. AWS Bedrock: Must have hands-on experience with Guardrails or Knowledge Bases (RAG). General "AI interest " is not enough.
  4. Performance: Experience with Provisioned Throughput and load testing serverless architectures to mitigate cold-start latency in financial environments.
"Team, to save everyone time: I am looking for an Architect, not a Cloud Admin. Please do not send resumes that simply list AWS services. Every submittal MUST include a brief 'Architectural Summary' from the candidate answering these two questions:
  1. How did you handle cross-region data consistency for a 99.99% SLA in your last role?
  2. What is a specific limitation you encountered when using AWS Bedrock Agents or Guardrails in production? "
