Detailed Job Description

Company is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise/Solution Architect to partner with Commercial business stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture leadership to assess the current-state loyalty ecosystem, define strategic business and technology requirements, and develop a future-state architecture roadmap for loyalty modernization. This role requires a blend of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and AWS cloud expertise, with a strong focus on customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty platforms within the travel and hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing loyalty platform, business processes, integrations, and technology landscape.

Collaborate with Commercial business partners, product owners, and technology teams to understand current challenges, future objectives, and growth opportunities.

Define and document the target-state architecture for Company''s loyalty ecosystem, including business, application, data, integration, and cloud architecture components.

Develop strategic architecture recommendations aligned with business goals, customer engagement initiatives, and loyalty program evolution.

Lead stakeholder workshops and architecture discussions with business and technology leadership.

Create executive-level architecture artifacts, future-state diagrams, capability maps, implementation roadmaps, and recommendation documents.

Design scalable and customer-centric loyalty solutions that support personalization, member engagement, rewards management, and omnichannel experiences.

Evaluate existing platforms, identify modernization opportunities, and recommend AWS-native or cloud-based architectural patterns.

Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, scalability needs, and operational excellence principles.

Present findings and recommendations to Enterprise Architecture leadership and senior business stakeholders.
