Investment Operations Analyst

Location: 111 South Main
Pay Rate: $23/hour

What You'll Do

  • Support investment operations and oversight activities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Analyze operational data and assist with reporting, reconciliations, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with teams across operations, risk, and business functions to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare customized client materials and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Monitor operational risks and support compliance with internal controls.
  • Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to organize data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 5 years of professional experience in finance, operations, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or professional experience in financial services, banking, or operations.
  • Exposure to risk management, investment operations, or portfolio reporting.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
