Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional and corporate positions.
• 
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• 
  
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting tools, networking, and sourcing techniques.
• 
  
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• 
  
• Coordinate interviews, gather hiring team feedback, and manage the offer process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data while ensuring compliance with hiring best practices.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of a degree
• 
  
• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 
  
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment preferred.
• 
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 Base + Bonus
