AVP, Sales Manager – Customer Direct Channel

FCB EF provides a wide array of lending and leasing products/solutions to customers ranging in size from small/medium businesses to enterprise entities through its affiliation/alignment with OEM equipment vendors, their distributors, resellers, and dealers. This position is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals with a focus on driving end-user customer engagement, discovering and managing future cap-ex funding requirements, refinance opportunities, new working capital loan products and general bank products.

First Citizens Equipment Finance is a full-service, vendor-centric lending/leasing business unit. FCB EF provides a wide array of lending and leasing products/solutions to customers ranging in size from small/medium businesses to enterprise entities through its affiliation/alignment with OEM equipment vendors, their distributors, resellers, and dealers.

 

This position is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals with a focus on driving end-user customer engagement, discovering and managing future cap-ex funding requirements, refinance opportunities, new working capital loan products and general bank products.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals with a focus on driving customer engagement, discovering and managing future cap-ex funding requirements, refinance opportunities, new working capital loan products, general bank products
• Facilitate Sales Representative Account Activity by managing lead distribution, account call reviews, and customer distribution, Portfolio targeting
• Manage teams KPI’s including monthly funded volume, pricing, conversions, pipeline management and sales team development
• Provide tactical/ coaching support in employee level meetings on a daily/weekly basis
• Manage Rep Level performance management to target production standards
• Provide training on the CRM / Salesforce.com and basic utilization and navigation
• Coach sales team to exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with management team to execute the vertical’s strategic initiatives
• Lead by example with passion, effort and positivity.
• Be a steward of the FCB true north and treat our customers and their transactions with respect, care and diligence

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services

-OR-

High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Financial Services

 

Required Experience:

• 4 years in a prior sales role- prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels
• Strong Customer Service skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Salesforce / CRM experience
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Client-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
