Leading Financial Services Firm Based In Midtown ManhattanA mid-sized company within the financial services industry located in Midtown NYC.Job DescriptionProduce, maintain, and enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc portfolio reporting across strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.Monitor project governance compliance by reviewing project documentation, milestones, deliverables, and adherence to established PMO standards, templates, and procedures.Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to collect reporting inputs, resolve data quality issues, and ensure timely and accurate status updates.Support portfolio oversight activities, including tracking program progress, identifying reporting gaps, and preparing materials for governance reviews and executive reporting.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies, reporting tools, governance processes, training materials, and standards documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
