Now Hiring: Bench Technician / Electronics Technician
Pay: $20–$29/hr + Excellent Benefits
Are you experienced in electronics repair, troubleshooting, avionics, military electronics, or component-level diagnostics? We're looking for a skilled Bench Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on electrical or electronics experience who enjoy solving problems and working with advanced equipment.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic components used in FAA-regulated systems. If you have experience reading schematics, using diagnostic equipment, soldering, or repairing circuit boards, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards down to the component level
- Diagnose electrical, analog, digital, and mechanical failures
- Perform testing, maintenance, and repairs on electronic equipment
- Use soldering equipment, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and other diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Replace and repair components including resistors, capacitors, transistors, and power supplies
- Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and quality standards
- Document repairs and maintain accurate service records
- Work independently while meeting production and quality goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and component-level repair
- Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
