What You'll Do As an Aviation Parts Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by ensuring technicians have the tools, materials, and aircraft parts they need to keep our fleet operating safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage, track, and distribute aircraft parts, materials, hardware, and tooling Operate the aircraft parts counter and support maintenance technicians throughout the day Issue, receive, and restock aircraft parts and specialized tooling Process aircraft component cores and maintain accurate documentation Coordinate pending core inventory and communicate with repair personnel Submit mechanic parts requests for purchasing approval Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unpacking, inspecting, and logging incoming aircraft parts and repairs Prepare and package aircraft materials and components for outbound shipment Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems Perform routine inventory cycle counts and ensure proper labelling and storage of parts Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Follow company procedures related to safety, quality standards, and FAA compliance
What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Previous aviation, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is helpful but not required Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to go up and down stairs Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50-75 lbs
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license required Comfortable working behind a desk and in the warehouse Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge
Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits
