Job TitleEnsure quality compliance for commercial and military aircraft maintenance.Job DescriptionInvestigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with FAA and AS9100 requirements. Develop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions. Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support supplier quality, nonconformance investigations, and CAPA activities. Partner with engineering and operations to improve manufacturing and repair processes. Experience with AS9100, FAA regulations, CAPA, and root cause analysis. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing, and continuous improvement tools.
