As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll help us set the bar high across our entire organization so we can keep exceeding customer expectations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of aviation repair and maintenance through training and preparation.
What You will do:
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of Aerospace or Aviation experience - in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul or managing fleet or maintenance programs in airlines or leasing business.
5+ years experience working in a role with heavy focus on commercial, contracts, program management
5+ years experience in a customer facing role, or similar complexity of internal and external stakeholder management.
Preferred Characteristics
Experience working within an Engine or Aircraft OEM, or a large 121 operator strongly preferred.
Bachelor Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
