Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree. A minimum of three years of experience in the management of information technology projects to include systems design, development analysis, and integration is required. Additional experience in the management of information technology projects to include systems design, development analysis, and integration may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive business intelligence framework that integrates diverse Iot devices to support enterprise-wide data collection, analysis, and utilization. The role requires close coordination across functional areas to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with organizational objectives. The incumbent also applies computer vision, video analytics, and AI driven techniques to strengthen real time operational awareness and enhance predictive and analytical capabilities. In addition, the position is accountable for advancing the department's data infrastructure to support innovation, scalability, and long-term modernization initiatives.
Airport Security
Applicants qualifying for employment with the Miami-Dade Aviation Department will be subject to extensive security screening, including but not limited to fingerprint checks, employment verification, and other such procedures as may be mandated by federal law. The security clearance required by federal law is a continuing condition of employment.
