This position is in the Information Technology department and will work directly with global Quality and Regulatory business users to develop and implement systematic solutions that solve their most complex business challenges. Providing the necessary support to ensure systems are available and functioning properly during operational hours. Areas of expertise will include Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory, Import/Export, EH&S and Data Compliance. - Be the solution expert for all systems supporting Quality Assurance (LIMS)
- Quality Control (QMS), Regulatory, Global Trade, EH&S and Data Compliance
- Works directly with business users to understand business requirements
- Design, configure, test and implement solutions and software applications that meet business requirements.
- Work directly with global development teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered and implemented according to specifications
- Provide production support for any system issues
- Research latest technologies that could provide value and benefit to the business
- Manage projects as requested including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Work with third party software providers as required.
