Manage and support Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) systems across global offices, including NY, London, Paris, and Hong Kong.
Lead AV/UC projects involving installation, configuration, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, RingCentral) and AV equipment.
Provide high-level technical support to executives and during events.
Evaluate and recommend new AV/UC technologies to enhance operations.
Maintain seamless operation of Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, and AMX control systems.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and network connectivity (VPN, VoIP) for AV/UC systems.
Manage device deployment and security using JAMF, MDM, and related tools.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document processes, provide user training, and uphold system standards.
