Seeking an Onsite AV/VC Support Technician with 2+ years of experience in live event support, conference operations, or A/V support for executive clients.
Responsibilities include providing AV event support, troubleshooting live issues, creating documentation, and assisting with event coordination.
Skills required: HS diploma or GED, proficiency in audio/video signal flow, troubleshooting, and familiarity with multiple OS and networking concepts.
Experience with helpdesk software, Google Workspace, and post-production workflows is preferred. Must be flexible for night/weekend events and demonstrate increasing responsibility in fast-paced settings.
