Provides technical expertise in audiovisual and conferencing systems to support high-end event environments, ensuring seamless integration of new and legacy technology.
Supports pre-event testing, live event execution, and post-event strike, while maintaining and troubleshooting conference room equipment including projectors, video walls, audio mixers, control systems, and network infrastructure.
Maintains system documentation, conducts equipment repairs, fabricates cables, and supports system calibration and operations.
Collaborates with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage asset inventories, and ensure high-quality event experiences.
Requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of AV/control systems (AMX, Crestron, Extron), network hardware, and videoconferencing platforms.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years of AV/IT experience, relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
