Visual Sound is seeking an AV Installation Lead/On-site Supervisor to lead our audiovisual installation projects for our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual system setups, ensuring that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Their leadership will ultimately drive team performance, troubleshoot technical issues on-site, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities: - Supervise daily installation activities for audiovisual systems, including mounting displays, configuring sound systems, and cabling setups.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure clear communication and timely project completion.
- Lead field service operations by troubleshooting software issues, hardware malfunctions, and electrical or mechanical problems on-site.
- Utilize schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide installation processes accurately.
- Manage cabling tasks involving low voltage wiring, electrical connections, and telecommunication lines while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Train and mentor installation technicians on the proper use of hand tools, safety protocols, and technical procedures related to AV systems.
