AV Fleet Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Development and Readiness (FD&R) to oversee fleet health from end to end.

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure fleet readiness and optimize performance.
• Lead diagnostic initiatives, predictive maintenance, and compliance efforts.
• Analyze fleet data, monitor KPIs, and report on performance trends.
• Collaborate with product teams, ride-hail operations, vendors, and partners to enhance fleet deployment.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure fleet safety and reliability standards are met.
• 
  Qualifications include 5+ years in fleet maintenance or related fields, AV experience preferred, strong leadership, technical, and analytical skills, and ability to work onsite in Las Vegas.
