Position Overview
Our partner is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager who has grown through the ranks as a technician and understands what it takes to successfully deliver complex residential integration projects.
This is a hands-on leadership position—not an office-only project management role. You'll oversee multiple active projects, coordinate field teams, maintain client communication, ensure exceptional execution, and step into technical situations whenever necessary.
Success in this role means consistently delivering projects on time, maintaining impeccable jobsite standards, building strong relationships with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers, and creating an experience that generates repeat business and referrals.

Compensation
Base Salary: $105,000–$115,000 (Based on Experience)
In addition to base salary, this role includes a robust performance-based bonus structure tied to project execution, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and company growth. High performers have the opportunity to earn substantially above their base salary.
