Automotive Wholesale Parts Representative – Audi North Orlando

The perfect candidate will be based in our Group’s home office in Winter Park (conveniently located off Lee Rd. exit on I-4).

The Outside Parts Wholesale Representative generates revenue for the parts department by calling, emailing and/or visiting assigned wholesale accounts. This person would represent all Holler-Classic stores to prospective local wholesale & fleet accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fill parts order from stock or source from outside vendor. Place expedited order if necessary
• Calculate wholesale customer invoices for delivery orders
• Call, email and/or visit assigned wholesale accounts
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Develop new customer prospects
• Report status of accounts to the parts manager
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of prior similar experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support users from entry-level to C-suite (via phone, email/chat, or in person)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to serve in on-call rotation (typically one weekend per month)
• Possess basic math skills
• Be capable of speaking with customers or employees; reading/understanding manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety regulations; and writing reports and other correspondence
• Stay up-to-date on industry issues by reading technical bulletins, and participating in manufacturer-sanctioned continuing education events
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Clean driving record and pass preemployment background screening
