An Extended Warranty Contract Cancellation Administrator manages the termination Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs), calculating pro-rated refunds, processing paperwork, and issuing payments to lenders or customers. Key duties include verifying cancellation requests, calculating chargebacks, maintaining compliance with regulations, and reconciling accounts.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post secondary education (degree, coursework, or certification), two years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of automotive parts and service, strong administrative, organizational, math, and computer skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
