About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Transmission Technician to join a highly respected repair shop in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an A-Level or strong B-Level Technician with extensive transmission experience who wants to specialize in transmission repairs in a professional, technician-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform transmission removal and replacement (R&R) accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair transmission-related concerns on customer vehicles
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and clearly document findings
- Identify drivability and performance issues related to transmission systems
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Follow established shop procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Deliver high-quality repairs that support long-term customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Five or more years of automotive technician experience
- Strong hands-on transmission repair and replacement experience required
- A-Level Technician or strong B-Level Technician background preferred
- Dealership or heavy line experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills related to transmission systems
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) preferred
