Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle issues and determine repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance options.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the workshop.
Qualifications - Automotive Technician:
- 2+ years of professional service technician experience required
- INFINITI experience a plus but all brands welcome (Ford, Honda, Toyota, GM, Nissan, etc.)
- ASE, Master, or Brand Certification is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
