Pay & Compensation:

• Base: $28–$30/hr (guaranteed for all hours in the shop)
• Production bonus after ~30 flagged hours
• OTE: Up to $100,000
• Flexible structure based on experience and performance

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Complete jobs efficiently to maximize production bonus
• Work with a team that’s focused on improving shop performance
• Contribute to a growing, evolving shop environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver’s license
• Automotive technician experience (A, B, or C level)
• Ability to produce and stay productive
• Diagnostic skills (especially for A/B techs)
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
