The Shop

Stateline Auto Ranch Subaru continues to grow and invest heavily in fixed operations. We opened our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in 2020. Unlike most shops, we offer competitive pay for warranty work to offset fluctuations in flat rate times. Here, you’ll be more than a number—you’ll be part of a team that works together to take care of customers, which drives loyalty. We are looking for technicians who can produce, diagnose efficiently, and contribute positively to a professional team environment. We are specifically looking for technicians who already understand dealership workflow and can step into a productive environment with confidence.

Compensation

$32 - $45 per flat rate hour, depending on experience and certifications. Moving assistance is available for the right candidate, including help relocating toolboxes.

• Performing vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day shift.  Opportunity for 4-day schedule, 10 hour shift.
