Automotive Technician
We’re looking for a dependable Automotive Technician with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality work. The right person takes pride in doing the job correctly, works well independently, and helps maintain an organized, professional shop environment.
Qualifications:
- ASE certifications preferred, or currently working toward certification
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Consistent attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and procedures
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair services
- Good documentation habits and ability to keep detailed service records
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other basic automotive services
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems efficiently and accurately
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and shop procedures
- Follow inspection and service checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Document findings, recommendations, completed work, and parts used in detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment
- Work independently while contributing to overall shop productivity and customer satisfaction
