Description
Replacing parts, fixing issues, and diagnosing issues on development vehicles and working with engineering and technicians as a team.
Business group
Business Group - product development, daily task as a technician would be getting work tickets from the engineering team (changing tires, structure testing, water testing, etc), will be working on trucks to corvette and anything in between, team lead who sets priority on tickets and they decide which one what to do in what order, the techs will be handed the work tickets
Day to day breakdown - every group leader has a meeting, go over safety incidents/learning opportunities/check in, once a week
Volume - ticket volume depends because the work varies, some tickets can take a week or just changing a part can take an hour (5-10 tickets in a day if its quick and easy work)
Interaction level with the team - 3 group leaders in the garage, working with the engineering team the most, a couple team leads, techs work with the individual engineers who are submitting the tickets, 16 technicians on the team under this manager specifically (58 techs in the garage total)
Being able to see future products, development that goes into the vehicles before it goes to the public, do not work on dirty/old/rusty cars they are all brand new, if you want to push your self this is the place to put your skill set to the test and grow

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
